Big juicy report on foreign interference comes out tomorrow

Let's make sure you have all the context to be ready for it

I’m travelling today so I can head into a media lock up on Tuesday where I’ll have early access (by a whopping three hours!) to the final foreign interference commission report.

Because that baby is coming out TOMORROW. Are we ready????

If not, I have good news. I put together a little video to make sure you have context for the soon-to-be released report — and so your expectations are managed.

As interesting as it would be, this report probably won’t have massive revelations that bring down the government or destroy a specific member of Parliament’s career.

But it will, hopefully, have some very important answers to some essential questions that have been raised over the last two years of foreign interference controversies.

I reached out to friend-of-the-show and national security expert Stephanie Carvin to ask what she’ll be watching out for tomorrow.

Hopefully, this breakdown will get you ready to read.

Here we go!

P.S.

Over the weekend, white nationalists took to the streets in Canada and threw Nazi salutes at passing cars (or, as some in the media have taken to calling them, “hand gestures”).

Normally, this is something I’d immediately cover.

However, given I’m a one-woman-show and already booked my travel to cover the foreign interference report, it’s going to have to wait until Wednesday.

But I can tell you: coverage is coming.

Until then, enjoy this fun video I quickly filmed to hold you over:
