Closing arguments and Conservative infighting: Day 34 of the election campaign

Time? Running out. The slogans? Repetitive. The girls? Fighting.

There are just three days left until Canadians cast their ballots and choose our next government! Welcome to Day 34 of the federal election campaign.

Party leaders spent the day driving home their pitches to Canadians: Carney wants Canadians to choose him to stand up to Trump. Poilievre wants Canadians to vote Conservative For A Change. Singh wants Canadians to send (at least some) New Democrats to Ottawa to fight for them.

Oh, and the Conservative infighting just got kicked up a notch: Nova Scotia has entered the chat.

Let’s talk about it all!

Last thing — we just published the final Fact Check Friday of the election campaign over at Canada’s National Observer. I am so grateful for the folks at the CNO, for my fact-checking partner in crime Emily Baron Cadloff, and for all of you.

Without you, the lemons CTV handed me never would have been squeezed into lemonade.

Thank you for everything. I’m really grateful. ❤️
