Pierre Poilievre has apparently been calling up (and thanking) icky right-wing influencers

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has apparently been making some very interesting phone calls.

According to the alleged recipients themselves, the Conservative leader has been taking time out of his schedule to phone up several right-wing, pro-Poilievre influencers.

This includes a man who has been fact-checked by AFP for warning people to “bring a pen” to their polling location (in an apparent nod to an unsubstantiated election-rigging panic), a woman who has said it’s “getting difficult not to become racist,” and more.

I looked into the people publicly claiming to have gotten one of these personal Poilievre phone calls.
