Are we really going to bring that to Canada? Day 19 of the election campaign

Oh, and Nardwuar has entered the conversation in the best way possible.

We’ve made it over the halfway mark of the federal election campaign! How exciting!

Just in time for a creepy little trend to emerge. People rolled up to a recent Poilievre rally wearing hoodies with the question: do you believe the polls?

This worried one Conservative strategist enough that he took to Twitter to warn his colleagues not to “plant seeds” for not accepting outcomes, if you catch his drift. Next thing you know, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre and Liberal Leader Mark Carney were being pressed on whether they intend to accept outcomes in this election. Luckily they gave the right answer.

Meanwhile, Carney had a little spat with the Globe and Mail over what ended up actually being the Globe’s misplaced trust, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh hit back against a racist remark, and Nardwuar the human serviette asked our leaders the most important election of the federal election campaign: will they do the hip flip?

Let’s talk about it all.
