And he is counting on SCOTUS to misinterpret the US constitution that somehow the 2-term limit doesn't apply to him, probably on some BS argument that his 2 terms were not consecutive. That's why he said to Chief Justice at the joint session that he will remember what Roberts did for him (giving him absolutely immunity).
