Judges have been batting down Trump's efforts to overstep his executive power. For the first time, he's effectively dared them to do something about it.
Troubling. A king isn't subject to rules, nor are his favoured subjects. I would follow the money - if Trump doesn't need to follow rules, he doesn't need to pay for renewing his tax cuts (a requirement in law). That's a $4 T giveaway in the bag for the wealthiest Americans. Win for the king, loss for the overwhelming number of Americans who aren't oligarchs. Where is the resistance leadership!
Without an enforceable constitution and rule of law, the USA has no constitution. The USA is its constitution, nothing else. No constitution, no USA.
