Mark Carney is on to something about admitting that the Liberal Party has moved too far left under Trudeau, in the sense that this is an opportunity to (temporarily) push aside the "wokeness" vibe (I'm cringing having to type that) that can and will inhibit a lot of Canadians from voting Liberal in the upcoming federal election. PP has done too good a job of smearing the Liberals while Justin has been deer in headlights since PP became Conservative leader. I really like Chrystia as a strong competent leader with an amazing track record and cv, but I also really liked Hillary and Kamala for the exact same reasons, and look what happened here in the US with that.
